I use one of these at the restaurant I work at. It's worth every penny. You get precise quality cuts,its great for management as its cost effective for product control,labor as it cuts down to a third of the time needed to get vegetables cut and prepped finished. I would consider this one of the best products to invest in. Can't imagine not having one. It's extremely easy to clean. Great investment, will pay for itself in small amount of time.
