Perfection!
This is a fantastic piece. I coveted it for quite some time before discovering a very good price on the BakeDeco web site.
The press is included with the skillet which is often not the case.
After two weeks I have used this numerous times for everything from bacon to chicken breasts, everything has been wonderful!
