It's not non-stick
I'm sorry to say that on my first try with this pan that the cake stuck and I couldn't get it out. I was making the cake for the office and since there was nothing wrong with the cake, I brought both to the office (cake in the pan). I was very disappointed since it said the pan was NON-STICK. I suggest people should ALWAYS grease and flour the pan before putting in the cake batter.
