Professional Chocolate Moulds, made of hard polycarbonate
Great!
I'm just making the transition from inexpensive plastic sheet molds to these professional quality molds. The quality of the mold is a big leap up, along with the finished candy. However, I am finding now there is some adjustments needed on my technique, which I can deal with. In the end, I'm very happy with this mold!
