Expected Commercial Grade Cutter
We bought this cutter in the hope that we could use it in place of cutting them by hand. We knew going in it wouldn't cut them as big as we normally cut them, but thought we could increase the thickness of the dough and get the same weight and thus close in final size. It didn't work out.
Further, we have a Moline cutter we use for our mini croissants and it is made of a thicker gauge metal. This cutter was made of very thin metal and does not seem to made for commercial use.
