Just what I needed! I purchased this baking ring to form rounded gingerbread shape. It was perfect! The gingerbread strip that I embossed with a bark pattern then draped over the ring (the ring was set on its side with a cookie cutter used to support it in the oven} and baked perfectly. It was easy to get the gingerbread off the ring and I credit that to the quality of the steel.
