Works well, but the smell... I had been looking for a more affordable option than the brand I like for meringue powder and found chefmaster's. After research I decided to give it a try. Though the powder works well, after the 1st use, the powder got a really terrible rotten egg smell. I am aware that other powders smell like this, but the one I like does not and this one was fine the 1st use, but seems after opening it does develop the smell. I have a very sensitive nose and can smell it even after use. I won't be buying it again, I rather spend the money for the one I was trying to replace.
