Sturdy Quality blade. Sturdy. Cuts beautifully. The blades had some burrs and needed shaving initially. Though the blade is sturdy, If you need to move the blades often, it can be time consuming. Perhaps something as a quick thumb latch would be helpful. I do love the cutter.

Good tool, bad manufacturers finish quality. Blades are round and made of good material, however there is little to no finish work and almost every one of the 20 I ordered had burrs and rough spots which needed to be filed down before I could use the tool.

Blades and Multiple Disc Dough Cutter S/S 4 1/2 Delivery time was exceptional! Quality of the blades and rod are pretty good, however; some of the blades had small rough spots on the sharp edges which may tear whatever your cutting; or could cause a cut finger while cleaning if your not careful. Putting the blades on the rod is a little tricky when tightening the "tiny" screws to keep the blades in place can be hazardous if you don't have a steady hand. As for the rod; the quality is good and heavy but the plastic handles only stay on the rod when you are cutting something. Don't pick up the rod (while the blades on it) by one handle because the handle slips right off and you could drop it on the floor (and your foot) as I almost did! Performance wise, it does a fantastic job cutting and saves a lot of time, but if you need to cut items of different sizes, it would almost be smart to have two cutters to avoid the aggravation of having to change the blade widths all the time.

What I've been looking for. Works as I had hoped. Perfect.
