GC Series Ideal for the
smaller sized market, deli or gourmet shop, the GC Series’ dimensions can be
customized to meet special space requirements. Brilliant fluorescent
lighting at top, and beneath each shelf. Oversized refrigeration system on
self-contained models ensures proper temperature. As with most cabinets of this
“open” type, an ambient room temperature of 75F and 55% relative humidity or
less must be maintained in order for the cabinet to operate properly. The GC
Series is popular for “grab and go” beverages, salads and prepared foods, dairy
products and other refrigerated items.
