These brioche molds are exactly as advertised. Three inches, tin, and easily baked in-I sprayed with Pam, set them on a cookie sheet, filled them and baked. With the coating of Pam they easily released the baked item.. I carefully washed, thoroughly dried, and used wax paper to seperate them for storage.
