Thicker is better I really love the Fat Daddio's Silicone Pastry Bag. My first observation was that the bag was thin, but I will say that it has held up to the punishment. The main complaint is the bag gets slippery when wet or lubricated, it needs some texture like ribbing to increase my comfort when using. Chef's hot chocolate mousse really has a nice shine when it comes out of the bag.
