Exactly what I wanted
I make small loaves, as it's just the wife and I.
This small proofing basket is the perfect size for a 300g (flour) loaf. In addition, it washes easily. It takes a bit of careful application of the flour prior to putting loaf in to get the perfect pattern, but the result is a nice, but small round loaf with that wonderful, traditional look.

Great Product
