The scalloped rhombus cut out with this plastic tool is a line of connected petals you roll together to form a gumpaste rose with its multiple layers and crevices.
Measuring 60mm x 160mm (2-3/8 x 6-5/16 inch), this single gumpaste cutter allows you to form a rose in four sizes: 20mm (3/4 inch), 35mm (1-3/8 inch), 50mm (2 inch) and 70mm (2-3/4 inch).
Instructions with pictures on back of package walk you through the steps.

Easy to Learn to Use
Came quick, price was good. I was delighted to open it up and find instructions since I was sure it would be complicated to use. Fortunately, it was much more accessible than I thought it would be. Makes some beautiful flowers for use on cakes and other things.
