Description
- Molded into-the-handle hook allows brush to hang on lip of crocks or other containers to prevent bristle burn, melting or distortion from resting against hot pan bottoms
- Hook elevates bristles off of countertops to keep bristles clean and to help prevent contamination
- Soft "flagged" bristles (sterilized, bleached boar bristles) are molded into the handle to prevent bacterial harboring air pockets
- Will withstand Commercial use
