Italgi Pasta cookers are the ideal solution to solve the difficulties that Italian cuisine sets for restaurants.
Performance:
From 230 to 700 portions of pasta an hour - Possibility of cooking different foods at the same time (pasta - rice - vegetables - shellfish - etc.) in the shortest time possible.
Hygiene:
Steel used: AISI 316 for the cooking container and AISI for the bodywork. Worktop and basin suitably formed, with corners with a wide radius to simplify cleaning. Overflow and skimming system to keep the water clean. Water loading and discharging built in.
Versatility:
A broad range of baskets with a shaped bottom and differentiated holes makes it possible to customize the pasta cooker for any requirement.
Safety:
The gas (natural gas/propane) models are equipped with a total safety device for each single basin. For electric models (220/380 three-phase) there is a resistor-saver system with a light signal.
