Sizes of stars are roughly 11/16," 15/16" and 1-1/4"
These cutters are ideal for use with a range of edible and non-edible materials including pastry, cookie dough, fondant (sugarpaste), gum paste (petal paste), marzipan and crafts clays. Create simple-to-produce star shapes, ideal for birthday, wedding and celebration cakes.
To use, roll out the paste on a non-stick surface or on corn flour / icing sugar for dusting, then cut out the size stars you need.

Perfect size
These complement the plunger type cutters well, the largest is a little bit bigger but not as big as the smallest that usually comes in a metal set.
