    The Eppicotispai garganelli stripper and gnocchi board is one utensil for both uses. Garganelli (garga-nay-lee) are a rare Italian homemade pasta. They require work, but this tool makes it easier. Take a 2-inch square rolled dough piece, roll from one corner to the opposite corner using the mini rolling pin, and give to the garganello two pointed edges.

    Made in Italy of beechwood.

Gnocchi Perfection Was really happy with the way my gnocchi's looked after using the stripper! Love it.

Garganelli and gnocchi paddle Have not tried making the garganelli pasta yet but the board makes a great gnocchi. Very easy to use. Mine turned out looking exactly like the illustration on the instruction sheet. The board, being made out of beech wood, is nice and smooth. Buy it...you'll love it!
