Consistently good
I have been ordering this cmc from Kerekes for years and the product has been consistently good. I have tried other brands where the strength is weaker or consistency is grainy and always go back to Kerekes.

Tylose Powder
I love using this stuff because it helps stretch out how long you can use your pastry gum. I have only used it a few times, but am happy with what I have seen. It does help with drying and seems to work fine no matter how you decided to store it.
