Not ideal finish for food products
We use these boards when packaging chocolate candies and we have for years. This year the boards came in with a lot of paper shavings along the edges of the boards - they almost look like fine hairs on the sides. As you can imagine this is not ideal for a food product. We had to take the time to wipe down all boards to remove the stringy pieces before using.

Great Addition
I ordered this to showcase mini cheesecakes. Coupled with a translucent bakery box, they were the finishing touch. My desserts looked as beautiful as they tasted.
