Fair but Small in size
didn't think that it was a tiny tiny scale if i'd had known that it was that small I would have never ordered it so not very happy ..live and learn wish it was bigger by six or so inches..doesn't hold the average hopper scaling scoop

Classic and relevant
Regardless of the use of digital scales in the bakeshop, every pro should be able to use a balance scale easily and quickly. Every school should have at least one.
