Very Nice
I used this chocolate fountain for our family Christmas party and everyone loved it. I started it early so the chocolate would have plenty of time to melt in the fountain, that took about 45 minutes for a bag of 2 lbs to melt. Once that was melted, I added another 2 lb bag (that I melted in the microwave) as I started the flow of the fountain. It took about 20 minutes before the fountain was flowing perfectly with no gaps. The fountain ran for about 8 hours! and even though a lot of chocolate was eaten/used, it still flowed nicely the whole time. I was very happy with this fountain. It was also easy to clean. Assembly was also very easy.

Flawless
Flawless and Perfect. If the chocolate is not flowing properly, check if chocolate is hot enough. Also don't forget to burp your fountain. Turn just the auger off and wait until you see bubbles coming out of the top. Highly recommended. Got the spirit of the party started!

Prime the machine
Worked for 6 hours straight without any problems. Quiet and sturdy machine; looks like will last for years to come. I would add to instructions that machine needs to be primed- pour the melted chocolate on top, to get the flow started. Used the recommended Sephra Chocolate. Expensive but delicious.
