For advice on removing the dough with ease from this sheet after cutting--a challenge with shortbread dough, which tends to be sticky--some expert French chefs who specialize in bread were consulted. They recommend that the dough be very cold when cut. Flour can also help: fill a sheet pan with flour, then press the cutter sheet in the flour, shake off the excess, then cut the dough.

great finally something useful not made in China

Good product I really like this product. I used it to make heart shaped cookies and also for margipan hearts that I used to sandwich it between two heart cookies before dipping it in chocolate and then used a transfer sheet to decorate the chocolate.
