Safety sensors are installed on the dough roller to automatically shut the machine off if any safety guards are removed. The CDR2000 features a compact design, and a heavy duty all stainless steel welded construction.
CDR2000 is ergonomically designed for easy operation and features a large hopper that allows the insertion of large pieces of dough. The all-in-front operation makes the CDR2000 convenient to operate, especially for smaller kitchens. It uses a maintenance-free drive mechanism, which is isolated from the roller area.
