Probably All You Need to Keep Your Knives Sharp A year ago I took up sharpening as a serious hobby. I now own just about every kind of sharpening equipment possible, and, sure enough, I could shave with a hatchet or a pocket knife if I wanted to. However, when a kitchen knife gets a little dull, it is so much easier to use this wonderful tool. In less than one minute the knife is restored to paper-slicing sharpness. If your blade is made of quality steel, this diamond coated tool will make it cut like new.
