Sturdy and Strong I bought this a replacement for my lost old one, I've tried a few other beaters that suits the 20 qt Hobart mixer however nothing compares to this sturdy and strongness of this paddle.

Flat beater paddle for 20 qt Hobart mixer Poor finish, extremely rough edges that could cause injury when hand scraping the paddle. I returned this item
