This machine can round almost any type of dough. The open structure of the cone material, combined with the multi-layer Teflon process and the special adjustable track form, results in high-level performance. Special seal between track and cone reduces squeezing of dough between the two. Used often for pizza-dough balls but also for soft and delicate doughs. Standard with central track adjustment. Suitable for capacities up to 4500 pieces/hour, and from 100 grams till 1200 grams (with greater weight possible, depending on capacity and dough consistency).
