Description
Silikomart Eclipse consists of a white base and a transparent ring, both made of food-safe non-stick silicone, enabling easy and quick removal of food from the mold. The shape produced has a flat top and rounded sides that bulge / curve outward.
Perfect for preparation of cake or savory dishes in the oven or blast chiller, the mold resists temperatures from -76F to +446F (-60C to 230C). 7.1 inch diameter x 1.8 inch high (180mm diameter x 45mm high). Volume 33.8 ounces (1 liter). Made in Italy.
