Description
This Dynamic electric hand mixer is small but sturdy and compact. It is suitable for small applications.
It will emulsify some sauces. It can crush and mix (in small quantities) the best cream-soup, bread soup, spinach, salads, chopped cabbage and pancake batter. It is also great for pureed vegetables, uncooked pureed carrots, gruels, fruits and creams.
