Hard to find cannolli molds
These worked well, cannolli shells released from greased molds, wiped easily for next round. Heat transfer was good and crisped the inside of the shells.
The only thing I'd change is the diameter - they're narrower than expected. Still managed to fill the shells.
If someone wanted to get engineer-y, a small ridge on the inside surface of the mold would make it easier to grip with tongs when removing hot cannolli shells

Cannoli tubes
Great quality and a fair price. Shipping was just as described. had a hard time on other sites finding just the right size and these are perfect. won't need to order anymore in my lifetime.
