Description
Vollum Brotform Oval Proofing Basket 10" x 7", 1 Lb.
Simply flour the Brotform and place the kneaded dough in the basket for final rise. Once it has sufficiently risen, turn out the loaf and transfer it onto a baking sheet to bake. After use, simply tap out any excess flour. Occasionally you can brush out the flour with a dry, soft brush. Made of natural cane, handwoven following a century-old tradition.
For 1 lb. loaf or 2 to 3 cups flour

Way too big for 1lb- wrong description
Very unhappy about my order.
These are for 2lb loaves, not 1lb.
I'm now stuck with 7 of these that I won't use.
