Description
Vollum Brotform Round Proofing Basket with Linen, 7" Diameter x 4.25" High, .5 Lbs.
Simply flour the Brotform and place the kneaded dough in the basket for final rise. Once it has sufficiently risen, turn out the loaf and transfer it onto a baking sheet to bake. After use, simply tap out any excess flour. Occasionally you can brush out the flour with a dry, soft brush. Made of natural cane, handwoven following a century-old tradition.
For .5 lb. loaf or 1/2 to 1 cup flour
Note: After use, simply brush off and hang to dry. For any bits of dough, dry first, then flake off with your fingers. Fold and store with your linens until next time. If necessary, natural linen should be washed by hand in cool fresh water only. Do not machine wash.

Great Basket not sure on its specs
Love the basket however I'm questioning the specs of it saying its for 12 lb of dough. I think it should be for 1 lb at the least and I see one other reviewer saying they are baking with 1 kg 2.2 lbs.

Perfect proofing baskets for my 1 kg sourdough loaves
I previously ordered another size bigger but this size works better for my size of bread loaves. I make 5050 whole grain sour dough. They also fit nicely into my ziplock bags when I proof in the fridge overnight. Love them Great quality Great price Great company I'm so glad I stumbled upon them
