Description
Vollum Brotform Oval Proofing Basket with Linen, 10" x 7", 1 Lb.
Simply flour the Brotform and place the kneaded dough in the basket for final rise. Once it has sufficiently risen, turn out the loaf and transfer it onto a baking sheet to bake. After use, simply tap out any excess flour. Occasionally you can brush out the flour with a dry, soft brush. Made of natural cane, handwoven following a century-old tradition.
For 1 lb. loaf or 2 to 3 cups flour
Note: After use, simply brush off and hang to dry. For any bits of dough, dry first, then flake off with your fingers. Fold and store with your linens until next time. If necessary, natural linen should be washed by hand in cool fresh water only. Do not machine wash.

A must have for sourdough
These are excellent. Love them.

Oval proofing basket 10"x 7"
I was so happy to get this size and shape for a loaf I scale to 1.3 kilos. Materials feel like good quality. Only complaint is that I wish the linen liners were sized better and had no wrinkles or folds in them which marks the dough.

Gift went well
I ordered this for a family member who has been getting into baking. It seemed like it would be something she would use. I was able to sample some of the bread she made using this product and it was super tasty.
