Pastry Filling
After I empty the contents of the tube into the plastic pail put it in the refrigerator. But after one week it begins to liquefy. I end up having to throw out 13 or more. All of the other fillings are awesome. Also the lids get condensation which then drips down into the filling. Does anyone know why this happens or how to control this I put 3 paper towels across the pail before putting on the lid to absorb the condensation.
