    Lady lock recipe:
1 recipe puff pastry; 1 egg, beaten with 1 tablespoon water for glaze; sweetened whipped cream.

Interesting forms Have not yet used the horn mould, but looks like they will make a good product. easy to clean.

Cream Horn Molds Exactly what I needed to make horn cones. Which I use to fill with different fillings and I serve as hors d'ouvres

Quality molds These are good stainless steel mold, that will not rust. I hand wash mine, so I'm not sure what would happen if you put into the dishwasher. It's very smooth that things just slide out from it (I used puff pastry as well as sweet bread dough).
