Demarle Flexipan Origine, Apple Tart Tatin

Preeminent bakers worldwide have switched from conventional pans to flexible, non-stick Flexipan Origine. Saving time and money, Flexipan Origine offers easy removal of any food (sweet or savory) without pre-greasing. Cake, which often breaks while extracting from rigid pans, will release intact and whole from Flexipan Origine.

Flexipan Origine's pliancy (absent in metal pans) also means easy removal of chilled foods like aspic and mousse. Even desserts you freeze in sub-zero cold do not need force to dislodge from Flexipan Origine: Place this versatile mold on your table face down, and peel the pliable Flexipan Origine off the ice cream or other frozen food.

A product of silicone fused to fiberglass, Flexipan Origine couples easy release with a record lifespan, enduring as many as three thousand uses without a hint of sticking.

    • Each cavity 4" diameter x 1-3/8" high (100mm diameter x 35mm high)
    • Cavity volume: 8.3 oz. (245ml)
    • 12 cavities
    • Flexipan Origine 1777 fits in a full-size (18" x 26") sheet pan.

Saved us This product is our go-to for a specialty item that we produce in our restaurant. No other manufacturer makes one like this (silicone, in this size, or even close), as far as we can find...The metal pans did not work as well as this kind of silicone to keep our product from sticking. For efficiency and durability, this is what we continue to buy.

Flexipan Love it, love it. Had to buy a second. This is for a commercial application. It has held up to repeated use. Please don't stop producing this product!
