Carts come with a molded-in handle and 6" casters with impact plates (two fixed, two swivel, one with brake).

1826DTC - Double Cavity Cart for Trays and Sheet Pans

Capacity: 24 tray support rails on 1 15/16" centers (12 per cavity). Holds up to 24 ea. 18" x 26" trays or sheet/bun pans.

Caster Impact Plates

Impact plates add metal reinforcement to hold casters in place even when dropped.

Note: Cool metal sheet pans to 250° before placing onto tray supports.
