The Revolation Delta is a state-of-the-art chocolate tempering machine, melting and tempering 3 to 10 pounds of pure chocolate in approximately 1 hour. It maintains perfect temper conditions for hours and hours, and like all of ChocoVision's machinery, is equipped with a removable, dishwasher safe bowl, baffle and a set of three scrapers.
