Dexter Russell International Boning Knife
This is a DR Basic, not international as advertised. It's an ok knife, the handle has a decent feel and the knife is very light. I prefer a heavier knife, just a preference. The knife came very sharp, although the tip was bent almost like someone had taken it out of the package and dropped it on a concrete floor. Instead of sending it back, I used a file and took the burr off. If you like a light weight knife, you will probably like this. It's stamped Japan, I was under the impression that all DR knives were made in the USA.
