Vollrath Roast & Bake Pan Heavy Ga. Aluminum. 11" x 20" x 5-1/2" High. 17-3/4 QtI haven't cooked in this pan yet but I look forward to fixing my next full prime rib in a pan that actually fits the roast! It is a very nice weight of aluminum and looks very well made. I wish I had it twenty years ago.
