Works Okay You fill the sides of the units with water. Worked good for my chocolate (did a chocolate fountain). This looks elegant and well made at the same time.

Great Product A handy tool for melting chocolate, keeping sauces on low heat and for melted cheeses. Quality is super, well constructed and easy to clean. Highly recommended.
