Pizza screen Bought them to use in the outdoor wood fired pizza oven as I thought they'd be easier to rotate. So far so good without them sometimes the dough stuck to the peel or the bottom of the oven if cheese etc bubbled over

Dual purpose I'm sure these pans will work perfectly for homemade and frozen pizzas as they are sturdy and well built. The dual purpose is with a Big Boss air fryer that uses a huge glass bowl with racks. These pans permit the hot air to circulate freely and hold smaller items in the fryer. Perfect for fries and nuggets, tested upon receipt. Excellent.

FORGET PIZZA STONES!! Bough 2 of these Pizza mesh screens and they are the BOMB!
Crust comes out nice and crispy, not soggy, and they can go from the cold room into the hot oven without pre-heating! Can also come right back out without having to worry about it cracking or breaking due to temp changes. Will buy more as gifts I'm sure!
