Very Fast I have a small food mill and wanted to purchase a larger one to do more tomatoes. This is the second brand I have tried and it works perfectly. I was able to grind 100 lbs. of tomatoes in less than 30 minutes. My only complaint is the bar that holds the blade and crank is extremely hard to put in place. It takes some strength to push it down and clip in. I would definitely recommend this food mill.

Mistake Purchase Do not buy it for Commercial us it is not build for restaurents, I would rather recoemmend it only for for home ..(the welding is somewhat)

You NEED to be STRONG - But Good Quality I couldn't put it together due to my age! My hands don't have the strength to put these 3 simple pieces together. As a result, I had to return the item�even though it was well made�and I do appreciated that.
