Fat Fat Daddios Silicone Fondant Mat 24 x 36 I love this mat its large size gives you plenty of workspace. Its easy to clean and it stays where you set it. I make old-fashioned hard candy and pour my syrup on mat at 300 F well within heat range of mat. If youre looking for a great product this is it.
