Kickass Works really great, speeds up production. Less dough scrap. However, the thickness of the dough can intervene with it's performance. It looks like its meant for the commercial size doughnut size, 1 ounce etc. If you're an independent doughnut shop that likes the fatty doughnuts, 3 ounces or more, they start to get misshapen when cut at a thicker level. Sometimes it doesn't fully cut through the dough and the doughnuts get weird shapes because it didn't cut all the way through. Overall, great doughnut cutter
