Great for the COVID era We use these baking pans to make holiday linzer tortes. Usually, we make one or two big ones, but these were perfect for small gatherings, just us and one or two friends, on the back patio. A standard recipe for the big pan makes three little ones. All our friends love linzer torte, and this way they got their own tree.

Paper baking pan I really like the pans. I kind of experimented with how much batter and how long to bake. I didn't do a search to see. I will check next time.

Holes in the Tree I ordered these tree molds because I though they looked cute and festive, however when they arrived they had slightly concaved bottoms and some of them had small holes where the cardboard was folded or curved to make the tree shape. I used some of them to bake Caribbean-style fruit cake, which is rather dense; I think these molds are better suited for a lighter and spongier cake.
