Sold as a pair, these stainless steel hooks fit into the mesh holes of any deep-fat-fryer screen that does not have handles.
Not good quality
I had to modify the slots to fit my screens and the tip ended up falling off after only 5 uses.

Well built and some small adjustment needed
The steel built feels like it should last much longer then previous handles.
We had to grind out the screen slots as they were just a fraction to small.
