Silikomart SF172 Mini Truffles Mold - Excellent
I make baklava truffles and they come out perfect. They are not shiny but I like the finish. They are very tricky when you pop them out. My first time I broke several when I was popping them out of the mold but once you figure it out they are easy. You have to pull close to loosen them up and just push a little not too much at the bottom and they will pop out. I highly recommend them for professional looking truffles.
