Perfect for creme brulee, individual cheesecakes, pastel imposible and so many other uses! I originally purchased these to make creme brulee for a party and have found so many other uses for perfect individual portions. Individual cheesecakes work great, pastel imposible (a.k.a. choco-flan) and simply as condiment holders for parties. I also love using them for mise en place and portioning ingredients. They are amazingly durable, dishwasher/microwave safe and classically elegant for any service.
