Should have ordered more
The pot pie pans are nonstick. I made the pies and froze them. Then popped the frozen pie and wrapped for storage in the freezer. The pans heated well didn't stick or burn. The size is perfect for pot pies

Consistent baking metal
I am happy I bought this pan. The only downside is that it needs to be hand washed. But that's not a big deal.

Scratched
The pie pans yielded a perfectly baked sweet potato pie, however I noticed that due to slicing the pie, the pan sustained scratches on bottom of pan.
