Great Nice and quite simple to use.

Wonderful I discovered this item when I was in Tuscany and took a cooking class. They used this very same item and the rolling pin that came with it. It is so superior to a pasta machine. Nothing sticks inside the machine all you do is roll the rolling pin over it until you see the strings through the pasta dough. Then you simply Strum the strings and all of the pasta falls through onto the cutting board. This site has the best price for this item. I strongly recommend.

So easy and lots of fun. Its so fun to make pasta with the chitarra and its easy enough that my 4 year old grandson can join us to make pasta

Great Way To Cut Pasta The wires needed a little bit of tightening but this chitarra is my favorite device to cut pasta.

Exactly as described Chitarra arrived quickly and in perfect condition. We've made tons of pasta using it and it is fantastic!

It has some issues Arrived well packed but 3 of the stainless steel wires just won't tighten no matter now tight the right screw turns. I am not sure if the tension will eventually work it way across the wires and even out but for now, on the right side 3 wires are really loose and cause issues where part of the dough does not cut while all the rest of the wires are very tight and the dough can be rolled and cut. It delays the process and is annoying.

So fun! This is probably the coolest pasta making contraption I've ever had. It is so fun.

Chitarra Good and well made product. 2 sizes for cuts. A plus is that the product was made in Italy and not in China!
